Establishing residential hospices is only part
of our society’s work. We are committed to helping families live
life well to the end. Families who care for loved ones facing end of
life at home often need support. Individuals living alone with a
life-limiting diagnosis may face many challenges. And death of a
loved one can bring grief that may seem overwhelming.
We understand. We can help.
Planning for the future
The services described here are just the start of what we hope will
be a wide array of supports for families dealing with terminal
illness.
As
we continue to refurbish the interior of Pryor House with generous
help from our community partners, more services will become
possible.
Future
plans include Day Hospice programming, caregiver support programs
and Alzheimer and caregiver activity events.
If you have any comments or suggestions about specific ways in which
our organization can help support families dealing with the
challenges of terminal illness, please let us know. By sharing your
ideas, you can help us continue to grow and evolve.
